As I watched TV in the afternoon, I got a 20 minute nap when I fell asleep. Heard a great sermon at church. Made some contacts for a publicity skit I am working on for VBS. All in all, a good day. Blessings on you and yours.quietspirithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06086016141181470311noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3633687387688783587.post-49297778441061733452016-04-24T17:17:59.641-04:002016-04-24T17:17:59.641-04:00Hi Cecelia! I know that sometimes it's just too much for me, imagine his reaction...
The thought about being still is a good one too. It's hard to peel myself away from the busyness, but I need to if I want to hear his voice clearly.
Hope you're having a good Sunday,
CeilCeilhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06293917798735764739noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3633687387688783587.post-18455733189628259182016-04-22T17:56:27.449-04:002016-04-22T17:56:27.449-04:00Pam, thank you. Reading your comment brought a hymn to mind, "Jesus calls us o'er the Tumult" He is wonderful especially when we are facing difficult personal times. In these tumultuous days we have to be reminded frequently to trust the Lord and not be stressed over things we cannot control. Thank you for this teaching from God's Word. One of my favorites...and I need to read it often!Pamela M. Steinerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04060656432106792419noreply@blogger.com
