We have lived here for almost 40 years. We have tried to grow different types of plants, even a pine tree. But this is what grows best for us. ;)

I love this! When all else fails...go back to the ROCK!!!! That could have other significance as well! The ROCK of Ages!!! Standing on the Solid Rock! I love your rock garden! Ceil: Yes, those are impatiens. We had a friend, who is now in heaven, who grw them every year in the concrete planter bowls on her front porch. Hubby keeps them watered. We bought them in hanging baskets. My thumb is not as green as I would like, or I am just to impatient. (pun intended.)
